a) APPLICABLE MOBILE APPLICATION: This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application listed above, hereinafter referred to as the "Mobile App."

b) EFFECTIVE DATE: The date this Privacy Policy comes into force and effect.

c) PARTIES: The parties to this Privacy Policy are the following data controller: Informatikos ir ryšių technologijų centras, UAB ("Data Controller") and you, as the user of this Mobile App.

d) DATA CONTROLLER: The publisher, owner, and operator of the Mobile App, responsible for the collection of information described herein.

e) YOU: The user of the Mobile App.

f) PERSONAL DATA: Personal data and information obtained from you in connection with your use of the Mobile App, capable of identifying you in any manner.
